American Cheese

Why does American cheese taste so much better when it's warmed up than when it's cold? I can hardly stand the stuff when it's cold, but when it's heated up a little bit on a piece of buttered toast it's like there's a party in my mouth and everyone's invited.

I prefer the ones from the deli they cut for you but its still not that great. Idk why but there is just so much better cheese out there.
